Tagger Navbar floats out of position.

Describe the bug

Seems to primarily impact mobile usage. The Navbar at the bottom of tagger view will float and roam out of place when resize events occur like "scrape all" events.

Steps to reproduce

In tagger view easiest to reproduce on mobile with scrolling while scrape all pops in with 10+ scenes.

are you able to repro at https://6zmgr4.csb.app/ ? This sounds like it's a similar issue where vh isn't being updated

Me? No. Nothing on that link changes that I can see. Even in stash it remains in place until something like "scrape all" makes a dynamic change.

So the error I ran into was very different and seems to be patched in 26.1, but with similar causes. If I had to guess, the height of the viewport isn't being updated somehow, will see if I can write a deubg script or get it working on my android device. What's the screen resolution of your phone? https://www.gsmarena.com/ is the resouce I usually use for it
