Seq-gen simulation parser uses always last sequences as output

It seems that the function parse_seqgen_output(...) always assumes that the last sequence(s) is/are the outgroup, disregarding what was specified with feat_outgroup().

We will fix this soon in the next release. Until then, please make sure that the outgroup is always given as the last population when runnig coala simulations with finite-sites sequence evolution models.

Current github version of coala now launches an error message if seq_gen simulation is run with a different outgroup than the last population.
