Feature Requst: Add verbose mode to timoni bundle apply

When I deploy a bundle in timoni it can happen that it waits until timeout for a resource to come up. It would be create if there is a option like verbose -v so that it shows on which resource it is waiting on (which pod).

We don't know that info until the timeout expires, the pooling is for all resources run in parallel via Kubernetes watchers
