Major things
- update to FC 7
- check, if everything still runs and works (especially JS and CSS issues)
- our own issues
- update used Vaadin Version to latest 24. No V14 support anymore, since V14 free support has run out
- checkout Luxon instead of moment.js for timezones and date formatting
- check docs
