Specify which WP version to use for base container from GitHub actions #212
Description
The Pods project now requires WP 6.3+ but Slic only runs WP 6.1 on the container so the tests won't run because Pods does not load.
It would be great to specify in the action workflow a specific version of WP to setup Slic with.
