I don't mean to do a full feature comparison with Comix, but I think they have a good feature there as well that is worth considering for qComicBook: in their case, when you have your mouse pointer inactive for 5 seconds, it disappears so that you can focus completely on the image.
In qComicBook, in the options you can make the mouse pointer way smaller by default when over the image, which is better than nothing, but if at all possible it would be great to make it disappear altogether when not in use. It can be a little distracting.
