Specify (or allow to specify) --fail-on-unmatched-globs

When first using this action I noticed that for some reason it was not finding the file, it showed an error in the output but did not create an error in the flow. It would be nice to have functionality (by default?) similar to `--fail-on-unmatched-globs` CLI which would raise this problem correctly if there was a typo in the glob or otherwise missing files
