Extend Spelling Package #2
Description
Currently the spelling package is a YAML file with custom functions which is a little tricky to extend. It's been published on NPM (api-stuff/spectral-spelling-grammar#1) but will need a bit of work to make it a true JS/TS package, which I can do after v1.0 of this package is out.
