Manifest - Extract all JSDoc tags

Any JSDoc tag will be extracted to the manifest as-is (when possible).

The MCP server will specifically read the (custom) `@import` tag to prepend example snippets with imports, and the (built-in) `@summary` tag to get short descriptions for components.
