Enhancement: Highlight required blank/error User Fields on checkout submit

Required user fields aren't highlighted when left blank on checkout submission.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have these highlighted when left blank, similarly to other fields on the checkout page such as Account Information and Billing Address fields
