fastapi + sqlalchemy example does not work anymore

poetry install command does not install all dependencies

Describe the Bug

When install is run it completes but poetry show command
indicates that not all deps have been installed.

System Information

• Operating system: Ubuntu 23.04
• Python: 3.11
• Strawberry version (if applicable): as defined in poetry.lock
