Documentation website is Docusaurus placeholder

The documentation website https://documentation.stream-pi.com/ is just Docusaurus placeholder, nothing about Stream-PI.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://stream-pi.com/
2. Click on Documentation in the footer

@ZeikJT Thanks for making this issue, we are aware of this as the documentation site is still very much under construction. There are some pages that have docs for stream-pi but it really is still not 100% ready. This raises the question; should we not have it in the footer until it's ready?

Hi, Stream-Pi code is undergoing deep restructuring and changes. We could place a welcome message saying users that it is currently Work-In-Progress. Documentation will be ready when 2.0 is made public.

I guess the part that I think would be a quick-fix would be to remove the link to the documentation from the footer since it doesn't really exist yet? Thoughts?
