Quest & Overlay Enhancements

• Parking overlay: You can now add and modify curb extensions etc. (curb extensions in parking overlay + add entrances in building overlay #4976)
  
• Address overlay: You can now add addresses as entrances directly to building outlines (curb extensions in parking overlay + add entrances in building overlay #4976, SC assumes every address on outline is a entrance #4995)
• Also ask whether barbecue spots are covered (Factorize picnic table and barbecue cover quests #4905), thanks @roptat
• Crossing: Different wording and use crossing=informal for points at which there are no crossings but people can still cross (SC wants to create duplicate kerb tags #4944)

New Quests

• Which customers visit this hairdresser? (Quest suggestion: hairdresser for men/women/all #4833, Hairdresser quest #4909), by @mnalis

General Enhancements

• Add Belarusian translation, by Yau, Андрей and more
• In the various bi-lingual republics and autonomous regions of Russia, allow inputting names in the respective languages
• It is now visible on the map which areas have been downloaded already (address numbers are not shown in address overlay view #4970, Visualize downloaded area #4986)
• Animate current selection for better visibility (Selection in overlays works poorly on data missing ways, especially in night mode #4417)

Note I'll be on a long vacation starting this weekend, so I'll not be able to review PRs, triage tickets in the issue tracker etc..

I have my laptop with me, but I do not plan to use it other than for emergencies (critical bugs etc.)
