SC dropping additional tags when specifying brand in Places overlay

Sorry I've left this rather late to report, but I noticed an issue a number of times with using the Places overlay to "upgrade" the tags of a shop to it's brand version, e.g.:

But this one was okay (didn't have a name set):

And this one survived clothes=men:

Wheelchair=yes got through here:

I don't believe it gave me a is this still the same place prompt, so it presumably just dropped all the other tags.

How to Reproduce
Change a tagged shop (with other tagged metadata) to it's branded version within the Places overlay

Expected Behavior
Just add the new branding tags from NSI on top of the existing data.

Unfortunately I can't say for certain, I don't think I was (which seemed a bit odd), but if I was, I'd have definitely picked yes.

Well, I was asking for a way to reproduce it. Maybe you can find one (without uploading changes)

Okay, to reproduce, in airplane mode, answer e.g. the wheelchair quest here, then select the node from the Places overlay, type Greggs in the search box. Then look at the undo list and note how it's removed the wheelchair tag:
