About mouse hover issues

Every time I hover my mouse over an icon or something, the hover tooltip takes a long time to appear, more than a second, which I think is very unreasonable. I think it should appear immediately, or with a delay of no more than 0.5 seconds.In most of the current websites, most of them are displayed immediately

I don't know if this is the right thing to post here, but I think it's worth discussing.

The responses after hovering are very slow for this whole row.

I observe in my Visual Studio that the first tooltip takes around 1.26 seconds to show up, then after if I move my mouse around other elements the tooltip is almost instant.

If I move my mouse away outside and come back, the same process, the first tooltip 1.26 seconds, then after almost instant.

The same way it works for me in the Game Studio, like in your screenshot. Maybe this is normal behaviour for such apps.

Yes, the Chrome browser's tooltip are showing up faster but that's different application.
