Upgrade or remove:

  • SharpDX.D3DCompiler
  • SharpDX.Direct3D11
  • SharpDX.Dircect3D12

This will remove vulnerabilities:

  • System.Net.Http 4.3.0
  • System.Text.RegularExpressions 4.3.0

We can't upgrade and this PR should resolve this #1715.
