[Enhancement]: Add connector.plugin.version to forbidden list #12027

Related problem
In PR #12002 we added a new way to configure the version for a Connector plugin. In Strimzi 0.50.0 we should add connector.plugin.version to the forbidden list so that the new field is the only way to configure the version.
Suggested solution
Once the 0.49.0 Strimzi release is out, update the forbidden options to include connector.plugin.version. At this time we can also remove the code that adds a warning message if the option is configured.
