"Source Code" links are directing users to the wrong place in the repo.

To Reproduce
Click "Source Code" on one of the task flow docs: https://strudel.science/strudel-kit/docs/task-flows/contribute-data/

Expected behavior
Should link to the correct code location in the github repo.
