NIC and adding properties to the database

I keep getting fix errors and errors won't show where and what is the meaning of NIC; Plus only a page refresh when adding properties details.

How can you help out with that; BTW you have got a great code here and there's no way of contributing if actually main functions are not working successfully to the need of the system which is designed for;
I hope to soon from you concerning the subject matter and hope you'll move on from here to the next phase of the project at hand
