Tag someone in commentary and make this commentary more visible for the targeted person #1815

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
Sometimes you want to write a commentary for aspecific person.
This may help when there are a lot of persons invited on a very long Docs : you write some commentaries, then you target specific commentaries to specific persons.
So each person will find the commentaries that has been attributed to them, all of the personne invlolved on the Docs will not have to read all of the commentaries to find the ones that are specially made for them
Describe the solution you'd like
we may ad "@plus_the_email_of_the_person" , then the person will have for exemple this commentary hiligthed in a special color (red?), so he will understand that this is commentary specillay for him.
