Problematic behavior
I couldn't find how to proceed.
It looks like there is a crowdin setup but no link to the project https://github.com/suitenumerique/meet/blob/main/crowdin/config.yml
It looks like that localization is done via PR by adding folders and json files https://github.com/suitenumerique/meet/tree/main/src/frontend/src/locales

Expected behavior/code
It would be nice to have a guideline on how we should proceed. Thanks in advance.

Document manual PR-based translation flow (e.g., where to add folders, JSON structure, testing)

Update CONTRIBUTING.md with these steps
