[HOLD] Remove provenance getter method

Once #1458 is merged and we have backfilled the provenance field across all rows, we can remove the getter method that digs into the pub_hash (it won't be needed anymore): https://github.com/sul-dlss/sul_pub/blob/main/app/models/publication.rb#L273-L276
