Redirect traffic to http://mlk-kpp01.stanford.edu in SWAP to another page

http://mlk-kpp01.stanford.edu was taken down in SWAP by request from the MLK foundation. However, the page is the top seeking page in SWAP due to elaborate reference in the past. It would be a much better user experience for people visiting the page to see what they can do rather than just a 404.
