Enabling and unlocking user at the same time fails

Actual Behavior

When i enable a user and unlock it at the same time the user is locked again after saving.

Expected Behavior

The user should be enabled after saviing.

How exactly do you enabled and unlock a user at the same time? Sulu only has one button for locking, the enabled button does not exist. Have you implemented that in some application logic? Can you copy and paste the code doing this?

This is default Sulu! No special implementation!
I edited the Issue description: The user is not disabled, it is locked after doing the descriped actions.

Ok, the button only appears if the user is disabled, and I can confirm the behavior.
