Command palette recently opened files

I found CmdCommandPalette # to be a very convenient tool, which saves a lot of time, but I think it would be more convenient if there was an option to delete files from the history (of course you can delete through the settings file but this is not a convenient option).
At least there would be a command in the settings file (with a shortcut key option) that deletes and leaves only the last 15 (for example).

Or an option to automatically clean according to a lifetime setting (e.g. 30 days) in Settings.
