Because I use "https://www.deepl.com/zh/translator#en/zh-hans/An" can be OK. So how can I use advance setting to change it?

Same for me. Also english don't works.

By selecting text and sending it to deepl I obtain link like https://www.deepl.com/it/translator#-/it/.
If I manually substitute #- with #en, it works.

The method SumatraPDF uses was based on the Auto Translate API at the time when introduced
Which is now seemingly only available via subscription so the free option is different
This was covered in several issues such as #4856

Maybe it will be useful if the string passed as URL will be configurable in the preferences file. As we can see it needs a little manual modification to works.
