Microsoft removed it. The people at WHNC who counterfeited Sumatra and put it up for sale as their own creation are evil.

Sumatra PDF is being pirated on the Microsoft Store as a PAID "premium" app named Universal eBook Reader by a company named WHNC.
It is the exact same app, only difference is with Universal eBook Reader is you got to pay $20 for premium features. With Sumatra PDF you get all so-called premium features for FREE. $0.
I cannot believe Microsoft, who is always complaining about their products being pirated, would allow this on a Microsoft website.
Unbelievable.
