Request: Customization of file type icons

I have always associated a PDF file with the color red (blame Adobe).

Although I realize this is a minor issue, I'd like to be able to replace the default file type icon with a custom one globally.

Allowing the customization of the icon per file type would be ideal, but a simple "drop your custom icon here and use it for all file types supported by Sumatra" would be more than enough and greatly appreciated.

Those associations are stored in registry, you can probably ask Grok for how to change them.

But I have no plans to automate that beyond that.
