CI/CD issue with mongodb-github-action@1.12.1 (Docker API mismatch)

We have encountered an issue when using supercharge/mongodb-github-action@1.12.1 in our CI/CD pipeline.

The workflow fails with the following error:

Run supercharge/mongodb-github-action@1.12.1 ... docker: Error response from daemon: client version 1.52 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.43

@CpEtoile Hey, this issue appears due to a recent Docker update. Docker 29.x supports API 1.52. What Docker version are you using? What operating system are you using for your GitHub Actions runner?

Hello @marcuspoehls, we are using docker API version 1.43
Info about github action runner
Current runner version: '2.329.0' Runner name: 'gh-runner-xl-2-org-lx-xl-2-0010-1' I think is ubuntu-latest
