Printhead slows/pauses at end of each perimeter

I've been searching all over to adjust settings with no luck. I'm running into an issue where the print head slows down as it ends the perimeter loop, even pausing at the end, causing a blob. I've got pressure advance configured, retraction wipe, wipe while retracting and even extra wipe for external perimeters... Still getting blobs due to this slow down and pause at the end of a perimeter.

For example, if I have 3 perimeters, each loop pauses before moving to the next.

What's the setting for this? I'm not going back to Simplify, but I love the feature to quickly move from one layer to another without a blob-forming pause.
