decentralized linkedin - where users own their data + earn when ppl purchase it

Linkedin is quite a racket. It makes $10bn+ year on top of YOUR data and MY data by selling LinkedIn Recruiter.

I would like to build a LinkedIn where people self-soveirgn own their own data. On this dLinkedIn, anyone who purchases my encrypted contact information can be issued an unlock key which decrypts my contact info - the purchase txn will go to the user whos information is being purchased.

Such an app would need the following user flows

1. Sign up
2. Invite friends
3. View Profile
4. Edit Profile
5. Purchase contact info (individual)
6. Find users / purchase in bulk.
