product hunt for web3

gitcoin grants is such a rich treasury trove of data about what projects are up and coming in the ecosystem.

uniswap,yearn, 1inch exchange all got some of their first $$$ from gitcoin grants.

what if we could use the on-chain data to figure out which grants are up & coming and use that to build a "product hunt" for web3. what if we could pass this info along to funds who are looking to invest at the seed stage in projects? there is probably big value in this data (which is public on chain, just no one has built on it yet)
