Feature: Persist query tab scroll location

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Navigating off of a query tab and then coming back will reset the scroll position of the editor to the top, which results in having to spend time navigating back to where you left off.

Describe the solution

Persist/cache the editor scroll and/or cursor offset for each query tab.
