multiple usage of useSearchParams breaks reactiveness

Describe the bug

When using useSearchParams in multiple components the reactiveness breaks. Only one component is updated.

Reproduction

Put useSearchParams in multiple components on the same page, only the first component is updated.

Though useSearchParams feels like it should be a singleton that is passed through Context. Since there is only one URL, you would have multiple components competing for what is the right search params.
