Browser freeze for <svelte:boundary> #17512

Describe the bug
When you load a page with a <svelte:boundary> and a slow await, and before the await finishes you attempt to start loading another await, the browser freezes. (I'm using Chrome)
This behavior started in Svelte 5.45.9. Svelte 5.45.8 works.
