Compatibility of scrollspy with changing window height

When window height changes then scrollspy should refresh. If we see this page http://ipanelthemes.com/kb/fsqm/fsqm-api/apis-on-user-portal-trackback/ at first the scrollspy works correctly, but when the syntaxhighlighter plugin fires, it changes the window height and so the scrollspy breaks.
