SWIFTBAR_PLUGINS_PATH unset? #473

Describe the bug
The SWIFTBAR_PLUGINS_PATH environment variable is empty.
To Reproduce
Create a plugin that just echos out the variable value. It's set but blank.
Expected behavior
It should contain the path to the configured directory for plugins.
