Issue Description:

This is enhancement request for adding a CI job for running llbuild tests under the sanitizers.

When I tried running them under ASan I found an issue (fixed here: #691)

@akyrtzi What command-line command would you run to run a build under ASan/TSan? Asking for someone who'd like to do this for other projects as well.
