bug: NFS and CIFS apparently missing when they're both installed

Describe the bug

both nfs-common and cifs-utils are installed, if i do "which nfsstat" and "which mount.cifs" they both work but they still appear as Not Installed

hi, I was able to fix this by swiching from Debian to Ubuntu, but now i have another problem, whenever i try to do anything, this appears

You did just change the operating system by keeping the same disk ?

No, i deleted the disk
