Bug: track item jumped to end and left free space

How to reproduce:

1. Open playlist
   

2. Add track from this playlist to this playlist again
   

3. Now track has jumped and has index 2 (while total tracks are 1) and left some free space on top

From my understanding this issue has to do with the server.
Adding the same track to the playlist was supported to be caught by the server and it should return 409.

However, that was not the case as the server instead return 200

which caused this function to return true and the track was added to the playlist store.

When I faced to this issue I tried to fix it on client side, but couldn't fix it perfectly
I never thought I can fix it on server side, seems I have clouding of the head.
