Merge clean up pages with conclusions pages

The additional "clean up" pages only redirect to the main clean up page, without real additional content.

Get rid of these page, and if necessary add that content as a sentence in the conclusion pages of each section.

Do ensure the section is visible as to avoid it to be overlooked.
