Expected behavior

As raised here #1035 (comment), esbonio only discovers the location of the documentation in the sqlalchemy repo, while requiring an explicit build command for alembic.

This is strange since the location of the docs is almost identical in both doc/build/conf.py vs docs/build/conf.py

Actual behavior

Esbonio is able produce a working setup for both projects without explicitly giving it the conf.py location
