Add support for Groovy (build base Javadoc converter for alfred-dev-doctor)

The parser will form the basis for other languages and frameworks written for the JVM. I don't imagine this working as part of the update.php since its a ton of HTTP requests to get the data so instead it'd be more like the Clojure parser (a separate project that can be ran periodically to update the data.language.json).

You can go ahead and assign this one to me.
