[make:registration-form] Improve RegistrationFormType #1616

Hello,
I used the make:registration-form today and I'm not totally fully satisfied as I also used the reset-password-bundle
The maker bundle's RegistrationFormType does not match the symfonycast's ChangePasswordFormType which I loved. It has two more constraints :
new PasswordStrength(),
new NotCompromisedPassword(),
Would you like me to add those two constraints there ? Should we also upgrade the min length to 12 (currently set to 6) ?
If you want so, I can do the work.
