dlvr.it is no longer free and I doubt there are any other free alternatives for automated posting to X. So we should just remove the reference to it.
If people want it, it wouldn't be hard to could create a bluesky account and automatically post to it from the CI (but I'm not going to actually do that unless someone says they want it).
