Documentation, preview sample and StackBlitz of ToastUtilityService is incorrect

The current Stackblitz example referenced in the ToastUtilityService with the ToastModel does not compile.
But the preview sample is unfortunaly also incorrect for the toastClose function.
Here is how to reproduce:

1. click the button "SHOW TOAST" twice (two toast need to show at the same time)
2. click on the "close"-Button of the upper toast
3. the lower toast is closed

Expectation:
The toast where i clicked the "close"-Button is hidden

Notice:
The "x"-Button to hide a toast works fine

This issue just appeared in my own application (implemented like in the example) but it can easily be reproduced in the sample.
