the archetype example is not working anymore #185

Description
the example on page https://syndesis.io/docs/extensions/create/
using archetypes is not working anymore because it is old (it is using an old version of the syndesis apis)
can try by compiling:
mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=io.syndesis.extension -DarchetypeArtifactId=extension-archetype-java
