Describe the solution you'd like
When the CI executes an e2e-test, I would like to be able to connect to the mgt-cluster.
At the moment it is a kind cluster which can't be connected to.

If we use an existing cluster for that, then we (Syself employees) could easily connect to the cluster and debug issues.
