This would be very useful for embedded boards where u-boot is expected to be flashed to the sdcard. For now I just declare a dummy partition in repart.d configuration and then manually delete it later using |

Hello,
Is there a way to create free space using repart.d/10-gap.conf?
I tried the following approach:
However, it still creates the partition as /dev/sda1, but i need just an empty space
