I would love to see T3 Turbo updated to support Expo 54. The template is amazing for sharing a type-safe backend between a Next.js app and an Expo app, but setting it up with Expo 54 was challenging for me as a first-time monorepo user. Faster migration paths for major updates to Expo, Next.js, Better Auth, or React would be very helpful.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

An official migration or template branch for Expo 54 that works out-of-the-box with the T3 Turbo setup. Ideally, migration guides or automated scripts for major package updates would help newcomers avoid configuration issues and save time.
